Message I installed my wheel bearing assembly today using the faq write ups. They all say to pull the entire rear wheel hub and knuckle assembly from the car. It can be done much easier while still n the car. This is what I did.

1. remove the rear caliper and prop it on top of the suspension arms making sure to not stress the hose.
2. remove the rotor
3. remove the parking brake shoes.
4. remove the 36mm nut from the wheel hub
5. with a brass drift, or wood block, knock the axle shaft loose from the hub.
6. pull the hub from the wheel bearing assembly.
7. with the axle loose you can move it slightly and get a 19mm socket on the bearing hub retaining screws. I used different extension combinations for each of the 4 bolts.
8. remove the 22mm nut from the top center of the wheel bearing assy. the bearing assy will now fall off.
9.remove the alignment pin on the top ear of the bearing assy with a punch and hammer, and move it to the new bearing assy.
10. install the new bearing assy and tighten all bolts to proper spec.
11. using a brass drift or block of wood and hammer, drive the hub into the new bearing assy. Make sure that it goes in straight. If it cocks, it will bind. while driving it on install and tighten the 36mm nut and washer. Alternate between driving it and tightening the nut until the hub is completely seated.
12. reinstall the brakes and wheel.
13. sit back and be glad that you are done in 1.5 hours without lupping the whole rear suspension apart.
